Tucked away behind existing homes on a dead end road, Oak Vistas homes were built between 2007 and 2015, most recently by DR Horton. Home sizes, with one or two stories, range between 1752 and 3638 square feet of living area, with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Similar new construction homes would easily cost much more. Oak Vistas is conveniently located near I-75, lots of local shopping and downtown Sarasota.
