The Landings is conveniently located at the intersection of Proctor Road and Tamiami Trail, with the adjacent The Landings shopping center, which has a large Publix as well as several dining options. The HOA fees can vary widely here, with two annual fees (one for the master association, and one for the Racquet Club), plus a monthly quarterly fee for each individual section within The Landings.
