Talon Preserve is a gated community, with 1 and 2 story floor plans and paired villas. While Hammock Preserve has an impressive list of amenities, Talon Preserve kicks it up a notch by offering a restaurant and bar. There is a full time activities director.
If you've been to a Del Webb community (Del Webb and Divosta are built by Pulte Homes), Talon Preserve has a lot of similarities with the exception of the 55 and over age restriction. For example, both Talon Perserve and Beachwalk have an on-site restaurant and grill, with large club houses and well-equipped fitness centers.
Talon Preserve has no CDD fees, but does have a monthly/quarterly HOA which covers use of the community amenities, guard gate, and lawn maintenance.
