Sarasota Springs has been known for years as an affordable, centrally located neighborhood in our real estate market.  The area is loosely defined as being located between Honore and Beneva Road, and Bee Ridge and Bahia Vista.  Sarasota Springs has also been a good place to find a low cost property for investment.  As prices have increased those properties are harder to find, but rental demand remains high. Sarasota Springs is only minutes to downtown Sarasota and I-75, with quiet tree lined streets and homes situated on generously sized lots.  When looking at Sarasota Springs homes, make sure you are taking construction into account, as some homes here are wood frame rather than the preferred concrete block.
