Online Marketing Shifts | Sarasota FL | David Barr Realtor

If you have a Sarasota, Venice FL, or Lakewood Ranch home to sell this coming year, you need a Realtor who stays on top of marketing trends and shifts in consumer behavior.

One of these online behavioral shifts is outlined in a study by Think With Google. It says 55% of shoppers searched for a product on Google, then went to YouTube to learn more before buying it.

Does this seem like what you would do if you were buying a home? I purposely built my real estate business by providing information to potential clients online, who are actively searching for everything from neighborhoods, CDD fees, HOA and condo fees, and pet friendly places to live.

Besides my website, I have a large social media footprint, which includes my YouTube channel. Buyers moving here are hungry for videos of our local attractions and real estate.

So what does this mean if you are a home seller? Instead of most Realtors who rely on their broker's outdated marketing (such as newspaper and magazines), I concentrate my efforts to sell your home by putting it in front of people online who are searching for Sarasota area real estate, and even your particular neighborhood or condo.
